Notes

Crispy sage is one of the best things and makes a great topping for risotto or creamy beans. Simply sizzle it in the pan for a minute or so with a little oil, pop it on some kitchen paper to crisp up and sprinkle with a little Maldon. Very good. Now there are as many variations and different recipes for making gnocchi as there are stars in the sky and I use a few different recipes but this is my current favourite.
